INGREDIENTS


3 cups spinach

1 cup water

2 frozen bananas

4 pitted medjool dates

4 unsweetened vanilla almond milk ice cubes

 

DIRECTIONS


1. Blend water and spinach until smooth.


2. Add dates and blend until smooth.


3. Add the banana and ice cubes and blend until smooth.


4. Pour into a large jar and enjoy!


This method will ensure there are no clumps in your smoothie and will make it smooth and creamy.

INGREDIENTS


1 cup steel cut oats

2 tsp vegan butter

1 cup filtered water

1 cup unsweetened plant milk

4 tsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

 

DIRECTIONS


1. In a small pot, bring water and milk to a boil.


2. Add loose leaf tea to an infuser, place infuser in the pot, submerged under the liquid, and steep for 5-7 minutes, then remove from the pot.

3. Add butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and oats to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until you reach wanted consistency.


4. Transfer to your bowl and garnish with a dash of extra cinnamon, and enjoy!

2 tbsp cacao powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp brown sugar

Coconut whipped cream, vegan

Dash of cinnamon

1-2 tbsp dark chocolate chips or shavings

 

DIRECTIONS


1. Froth the water and 1tbsp cacao powder on the hot setting, then pour into your mug.


2. Froth the milk, vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp cacao powder on the hot setting, then pour into the mug.


3. Add the sugar to the mug and stir in until dissolved.


4. Top with a hefty amount of whipped cream, dash with cinnamon, garnish with chocolate, and enjoy!
