Slowly learning to bridge the gap between how I feel and how I want to feel.



It's so easy to fall into sluggishness and negativity, especially in times like these. You have to be willing to do what is necessary to make you feel good, whether it's listening to music or a podcast, reading a book, baking, or cuddling with your pet.


The only person you can rely on to lift your spirits is you, and you are so much more powerful than you think.



Although social distancing was a result of unfortunate circumstances, it was also a unique opportunity to turn toward personal growth.



Many of us may have finally pursued a passion project we had procrastinated on and learned more about ourselves. As everything is opening back up, don't leave the self growth behind. Keep pursuing your goals, reconnecting with yourself, and giving back time for yourself.


What is something you learned about yourself during quarantine?

If you ever feel lonely, look within.



Balance is our natural state, when we stop turning to others for fulfillment and connect to ourselves, we come back home. If you are connected to your true self, you will never be lonely.
