INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 1/4 cup unsweetened plant or nut milk
4 dates
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
Toppings: maple syrup or agave and fruit
DIRECTIONS
Blend oats on high speed until it turns into a flour.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Then pour onto a non-stick pan on medium high heat.
Top it off with some maple syrup, add some fruits, and enjoy!
