Fluffy Garlic Quinoa [vegan]



Prep Time: 0 Minutes Cook Time: 15 Minutes Total Time : 15 Minutes Servings: 4


 



 

INGREDIENTS


2 cups quinoa, uncooked

4 cups water

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

 

DIRECTIONS


1. Bring water to a boil


2. Add in the apple cider vinegar and quinoa


3. Cover and let simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes or until fully cooked


4. Remove from stove, mix in the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!
