INGREDIENTS
A handful of romain lettuce, chopped
A handful of spinach
1/2 a tomato, sliced
1/2 a hass avocado, sliced
2 tbsp hummus
1 tbsp mushroom pesto
Everything but the bagel seasoning, to taste
DIRECTIONS
On a large, non-stick pan, warm your wrap or or pita on low- medium heat for 2-4 minutes.
Smear your hummus and pesto onto the warm wrap.
Add the rest of your toppings,
Wrap it up and enjoy with a side of chips, roasted potatoes, soup, or salad!
